Consequences for you may include the exclusion of certain Russian financial institutions from Swift, the international system for the exchange of financial transactions, as well as the measures taken by the Visa and Mastercard payment systems. In particular, transactions concluded in Russia using Visa or MasterCard cards issued by financial institutions outside Russia will be rejected until further notice.
