You can turn off biometrics by opening the app, and disabling the option under Biometrics in the Profile section.
Please note that, if biometrics is disabled, you will need to use an alternative means of authentication (e.g. an SMS code) to authorise 3-D Secure transactions.
For added security, we recommend keeping biometric authentication enabled as it provides a quick and secure means for authorising online payments and accessing the mobile app without having to enter additional passwords.
