You can request the serial number of most cards by calling our customer service team on +41 91 800 41 41.

Cards with a serial number (starting with «50») on the reverse side of the card: WWF, BKB, FCB, Energy, WinWin* and Cornèr4Young* cards.

Products that do not currently have a serial number: Bank Linth, MyPoints Starcard, Ferrari Fan Card, easyTravel EUR, easyTravel USD.

You can reload Valora cards at k kiosk, Press & Books or avec branches, but not online via the Reload portal or at SBB ticket vending machines.

*Only for cards issued after 19 January 2018. Check the reverse side of your card: if the number under the bar code starts with «50», it is a serial number. Customer service will be happy to provide you with any clarification.
