Additional verification via the app or SMS is only required if considered necessary.
Please follow these steps if the 3-D Secure page asks for the SMS code but you have not received it:
- Request a new code directly via the payment screen.
- Check that the mobile phone number registered for your client profile is correct and is able to receive SMS messages.
- Make sure you have network coverage for your device.
- Check that the number is correct in the app or the online client portal («How do I check the 3-D Secure settings for my payment card?»).
If the number is incorrect, or if it is correct but you have not yet received a code, please contact the 24-hour helpline on +41 91 800 41 41.
