- Download the SwatchPAY! app to your mobile phone: in the Apple App Store or Google Play, search for SwatchPAY!. If you activate your watch directly in a Swatch shop, you can download the app via QR code 1 on the SwatchPAY! Box. The app is free of charge.
- Enter your card information into the app.
- Link your payment card to your SwatchPAY! watch: go to one of the selected Swatch shops and use a SwatchPAY! Box available. On swatch.com you will find more information about the shops.
The payment function is ready to use as soon as it is activated.
Important: the SwatchPAY! Box in Swatch shops is only used to activate and deactivate your card. It does not store any personal or card-related information. Should you have any questions during the activation process, the sales staff are on hand to provide further information. However, please take care of the activation yourself. The sales staff are not authorised to ask you for your personal data (especially data relating to your payment card).
