You have several ways to pay a QR-bill. It’s very simple:

1. Via mobile banking: open the mobile banking app on your smartphone, scan the QR code and simply tap with your finger to authorise payment.
2. Via e-banking: open e-banking, scan the QR code and authorise the payment with one click.
3. As usual: you can pay at the post office without any problem.

Alternatively, a manual bank transfer can be made via e-banking using the personal IBAN on the QR policies (from July 2021) or on the iCornèr and iCornèr App. Using this personal IBAN does not require a reference.
